Standard Door Orders:

For standard doors that are in stock, we offer free shipping (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will process your wood doors for shipment. In most cases, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours, unless there are any special circumstances. If you notice any damage upon receiving the goods, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Custom Door Orders:

Our custom doors are shipped with utmost care and protection. Each door is securely crated on a pallet, specifically designed to ensure its safe arrival in perfect condition, along with all accompanying parts.

Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for your order will be calculated based on various factors, including the size, weight, and destination of your items. During the checkout process, you will be presented with a clear breakdown of the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery Time: We will provide you with an estimated timeframe for processing and shipping your order. Please note that custom-made doors may require additional production time, which will be communicated to you during the order confirmation process.

Shipping Method: Currently, we offer international shipping exclusively for custom doors, limited to North America. Your order will be shipped internationally and then ground via a reliable freight company (LTL). After arriving at the port, you will receive all the necessary delivery information, including full carrier details, contact numbers, and tracking numbers. A representative from the freight company will reach out to you to schedule a convenient date and time for delivery.

Shipping Insurance: To minimize the risk of damage during transit, we take great care in packaging your wood doors. Additionally, all shipments are fully insured to provide coverage in the unlikely event of any damage or loss that may occur during shipping. If you receive your order and notice any damage, please follow the claims process outlined in our warranty section.

Delivery Inspection: We highly recommend thoroughly inspecting your wood doors upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage or defects, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing for the shipment. This will help streamline the claims process and ensure that any shipping-related issues are promptly addressed.

This tracking number allows you to easily monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date. You can also track your order directly through our website using the provided tracking number.
